The Tampa Bay Buccaneers' thirty-seventh season was in 2012, playing their home games at Raymond James Stadium. During the offseason they hired Greg Schiano to lead the team. Schiano previously was the defensive backfield coach of the Chicago Bears in 1998 and has a total of three years of coaching in the NFL.
