The Seattle Seahawks' thirteenth season was in 1988, and it was the sixth season Chuck Knox served as the head coach of the team. The Seahawks played their home games at Kingdome. They finished the year 9-7-0 in the regular season, en route to winning the AFC West, but they lost their first playoff game to the Cincinnati Bengals 21-13. At the end of the season, Steve Largent was awarded with the Man of the Year award.
