The Dallas Cowboys' eleventh season was in 1970, and it was the eleventh season Tom Landry served as the head coach of the team. The Cowboys played their home games at Cotton Bowl. They finished the year 10-4-0 in the regular season, en route to winning the NFC East, and 2-1 in the playoffs, eventually losing to the Baltimore Colts 16-13. At the end of the season, Chuck Howley was awarded with the Super Bowl Most Valuable Player award.
