The Indianapolis Colts' fiftieth season was in 2002, playing their home games at RCA Dome. During the offseason they hired Tony Dungy to lead the team. During his time in the NFL he was head coach for six years. They finished the year 10-6-0 in the regular season but they lost their first playoff game to the New York Jets 41-0.
