The Indianapolis Colts' fifty-fifth season was in 2007, and it was the sixth season Tony Dungy served as the head coach of the team. The Colts played their home games at RCA Dome. They finished the year 13-3-0 in the regular season, en route to winning the AFC South, but they lost their first playoff game to the San Diego Chargers 28-24. At the end of the season, Bob Sanders was awarded with the AP Defensive Player of the Year award.
