The Baltimore Ravens' thirteenth season was in 2008, playing their home games at M&T Bank Stadium. During the offseason they hired John Harbaugh to lead the team. Harbaugh previously was the defensive backs coach of the Philadelphia Eagles and had ten years of coaching experience in the NFL. They finished the year 11-5-0 in the regular season and 2-1 in the playoffs, eventually losing to the Pittsburgh Steelers 23-14.
