Career Summary

Grant Udinski is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the assistant quarterbacks coach/chief of special projects for the Minnesota Vikings since 2023. Prior to this role, he started with the Vikings as the team's special projects/assistant to the head coach in 2022. Udinski will be the assistant offensive coordinator and assistant quarterbacks coach for the Minnesota Vikings for the 2024 season.
