Career Summary

Adam Lachance is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the assistant strength and conditioning coach for the Miami Dolphins since 2022. Before moving into this role on the Dolphins he held four other positions with the team. His previous position was as the team's strength and conditioning assistant coach/sports science coordinator for three seasons. He began his stint with the Dolphins in 2015 as the sports performance assistant.
