Andre Carter is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the pass rush specialist for the Las Vegas Raiders since 2024. Prior to this season, he coached for the San Francisco 49ers, Miami Dolphins, and New York Jets for five seasons. His most recent position was with the Jets as their defensive line coach. Carter will be the new pass rush specialist for the Las Vegas Raiders for the 2024 season.
